The Heart Sutra is written in gold letters on a navy blue backing. The binding component is broken and missing, so it is not in a condition to be used as a fan. Please have it repaired for use. There are stains. There is a dent in part of the backing. Please understand that this is a used item and has been stored at home for a long time.
