Thank you for viewing. This is a Yamaha oboe, model YOB-421. It is a semi-automatic model with a third octave key. The pads were all replaced and adjusted in January 2025 (cost 80,000 yen). Although it's an older instrument, it plays well from the lowest note to high G. It's also lightweight, making it easier on the right hand. I think it's good for school equipment or beginners. *I used it once, but I will include a Yamaha oboe swab, a BG piccolo swab, 6 reeds, and a reed case that holds 12 reeds *if you wish.
