Selmer alto saxophone mouthpiece S90 180, old model, with current model ligature and cap. As a bonus, a Legere French Cut 3.00 reed is also included. There are minor scratches and small impact marks, but no noticeable damage. There are no tooth marks. In my personal opinion, the sound is brighter and clearer than the current model.
