I was captivated by the LINE 800 and, wondering "what kind of sound does it make," I acquired one and was immediately charmed after just one blow. There's no problem at all with playing, but I'm a detail-oriented person, so I feel like the tip of a needle is slightly touching (it's imperceptible with cream). Also, as you can see from the original case for transport, one side of the bell is covered in scratches (the other side is fine). It seems it was used for many years without any protection. As you can see in the photos, the surface condition is poor. Also, the spit valve cork was bad, and I couldn't get a repair shop to fix it because they were busy, so I made a temporary fix (applied soft black rubber that can be peeled off with your fingernail) and used it for the performance. However, I had it repaired after this listing. In any case, it's well-used, but I don't feel any loss of sound quality. It's completely for professionals and requires at least the skill to play the LINE 800, but the sound is in the 10x price range. I liked it so much that I wanted a better-condition instrument, and I was able to get one before the concert, so I'm listing this instrument with the hope that the LINE 1000's capabilities will be widely known.
