I purchased this item here, which was described as being in near-new condition. I never ended up using it, so I believe the condition is good. There is a name tag inside, but it has been blacked out. It has some wrinkles from being stored in a chest of drawers, but I think it will be fine if you have it cleaned. The original retail price was 28,080 yen.
