This is a TARP POUCH from HIGH TIDE. I purchased it new and used it as a pencil case, but I haven't used it since and it's been stored in a drawer. Originally designed for outdoor use, it features a water-resistant zipper and rings for attaching carabiners, making it practical and tough. Please check the photos for the current condition.
