For sale: Used BELSTAR riding helmet, size M (52-56cm). This helmet was used by my daughter from elementary to junior high school. It was purchased from a riding equipment store in Osaka at the time. It was handled with care, and I don't think it has experienced any strong impacts like falls, but there are some minor scratches from normal use. Also, there are some scuffs and peeling on the sticker part of the visor, but I think it doesn't affect normal use. (See photos 6 and 7) Regarding the size, the label indicates the size, but I measured the inner circumference myself and it's about 54cm-56cm. It can be adjusted with the dial on the back, but you may be able to adjust it with replacement inner pads for bicycle helmets. Since it was only used by a child, there is no tobacco smell, but please understand that it is a used item before considering purchasing.
