This is a Woody costume bib purchased at Disneyland. The bottom hem forms a pocket. It's designed to be put on by putting your arms through and fastening with Velcro at the back. The surface has opaque vinyl layered over the fabric, and there are wrinkles and creases in the vinyl material. The actual item has a stronger vinyl feel than in the photos, and the color of the fabric appears somewhat faded. It shows signs of use, but I couldn't find any noticeable stains or marks.
