I bought this last season and wore it for only one season. The price is unknown. It has three layers, including a petticoat, and has a fluffy, cute look. I liked it, but it wasn't suitable for playing in the park, so I didn't wear it very often. I've washed it in my home washing machine, and it's in good condition with no fraying.
