A sling with a pink and stripe design, made by AKOAKO STUDIO. I purchased it about 6 years ago. As it was custom-made, I don't know the exact size at the time, but I have broad shoulders and a larger build, so it was made to be large. It currently costs around 7000 yen. When my baby's neck wasn't stable, I would wrap them in the inner pink accessory and place them in the sling. The Anpanman plush toy is not included.
