I purchased this new about six months ago and only used one bulb, so I stored the remaining bulb in the box at home. It is a new, unused item, but it has been stored at home for about six months, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor details. I will reiterate, the box says "2 bulbs included," but this listing is for only one bulb, so please make sure you understand this, including the size, shape, and color.
