I purchased this approximately one year ago from Soundhouse. It has only been used indoors, and I have not stepped on it with my foot. As the photos show, there are no scratches. The bottom, as expected, shows some changes in the rubber. The Velcro has never been attached. All accessories are included. It is in beautiful condition.
