This is a Mizuhiki strap. It can be attached and detached with the crab clasp (fastener), so you can replace it with a silicone ring or key holder yourself. The Mizuhiki is a five-layer plum knot, and the light green in the middle (2 strands) has a matcha-like color. The colors are subdued, but the dark green (2 strands) has glitter, so I think it can be used by a wide range of ages regardless of gender. This is a handmade item.
