This is a Radiate dress I purchased in 2012. I wore it 3-4 times for graduation parties and weddings. It has a relatively loose design, but the waist has a button-type belt, creating a silhouette that accentuates the waistline. An inner slip dress is also included. There are no noticeable scratches or stains, but please consider that this is a used item.
