I purchased this new about 5 years ago. I've only used it a few times, so there's no noticeable dirt or damage. The strap length is a maximum of 100cm. The strap on the metal fitting at the end has been secured with glue, so you cannot shorten the strap by cutting it (you can adjust the length without cutting it). The clear case is sized to perfectly fit cards like a Suica.
