I purchased this at Avail several years ago and wore it out a few times. It has ribbons on the shoulders, giving it a cute impression. There are some loose threads and scuff marks from bags, but they are not very noticeable. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. See the 5th image for a picture of the item being worn.
