We take great care in the measurements and add plenty of shirring. While a ribbon-tie type would be easier to make, shirring makes the waistline look slimmer. The elastic part is delicate, so please be careful when putting it on and taking it off. The slit is deep for good leg movement. It would also be cute to wear leggings underneath in the fall. Since the width is generous, it's designed to make those with larger busts or those who want a relaxed fit, including L and XL sizes, look slender. We've calculated the neckline to be just high enough that a standard bra is barely visible. If you're concerned about the neckline, you can adjust it slightly yourself. Wash it separately and check for color bleeding. Since it has elastic, do not use a dryer; hand wash quickly, do not wring, and fold it. Put it in the spin cycle for about 30 seconds.
