This is an orange Petit Bateau scarf and hat set. The hat has an outer circumference of 28 cm. It is stretchy. The scarf is approximately 90 cm long and 13 cm wide. My eldest daughter used them for one season when she was 1 year old. After that, they were washed and stored in the closet. I don't see any stains or fraying.
