I've worn this item 2-3 times. I've kept it stored at home for about 3 years. I've only used it a few times for walks in the nearby park. From the stitching on both shoulders, it looks like the edge of the outer fabric is sticking out, but it was like this from the beginning. There have been no issues with the inner padding coming out or affecting the lining, and it hasn't affected its use. Please check the photos for the condition.
