I purchased this new and used it about twice a week to play puzzle games, but I haven't used it recently, so I'm selling it. All accessories are included except for the batteries. Batteries are not included. There were no operational issues. There is some yellowing due to aging on the main body belt and the controller straps. As an option, two face covers (one already attached to the main unit) and a head cushion are included. I think the main unit and controller are still in good condition without any noticeable scratches, and you can still use them. However, please understand that this is a used item.
