This is a set of Eijiro Kirishima (Tetsutetsu Tetsutetsu) can badges, stickers, and status cards. I purchased these about 3 or 4 years ago and have stored them in a dark place. There are no noticeable scratches or stains, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about initial scratches, etc. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask in the comments section.
