These are likely mini-figures from a Dragon Ball Z candy toy or gashapon series. The one in the round gashapon capsule is Gohan just before he attacks Raditz. Gotenks and Mr. Satan are probably from the same series, but the Mr. Satan in the instruction manual is with Bee (the dog), so it might be a different series. The details are unknown.
