This is the liner for the M-65 fishtail parka, issued to the US ARMY. This item is a deadstock (new, unused) item manufactured in the 1970s that has been bleached. The fabric is 100% nylon, and the filling is 100% polyester wave quilting. This is the type with closed armpits. I have worn it a few times and stored it at home. There are some loose threads and fraying in some areas. There are no noticeable scratches or stains, but please consider that it is a vintage item before purchasing.
