This is the version 2 model, with a more precise blade-setting part of the head. I purchased this to check the difference in shaving feel compared to the Parker Solo Edge and Yaqi Katana, which also use half blades, and I used it three times. Compared to the holders mentioned earlier, it's designed to be milder, and it's definitely safer than the Solo Edge, which I thought wasn't very efficient despite its high aggressiveness. I recommend it for those new to single-edge holders. It comes with a dedicated stand and 8 replacement blades.
