Two controllers (not pictured), AC adapter, and AV cable included. I think it's in good condition with very little sun damage. I'll also include Mario Kart and Torneko's Mysterious Dungeon. Both have been tested and are working, but please be aware of the Super Famicom's inherent issue of data loss due to friction from inserting and removing cartridges. If you are concerned about saving your data, please be careful when inserting and removing the cartridges.
