Hokkaido Pioneer Card No. 84 Baron Nishi (Takeichi Nishi) - Japan's only Olympic equestrian medalist. Received at Roadside Station Stella Honbetsu. This item was received as part of a collection. Basically, I believe there are no noticeable scratches, but I have not checked for initial scratches, so please purchase only if you understand this.
