This is an antique French military coat, almost 100 years old. It features a martingale back, an inverted pleat in the center, the iconic French round collar, and curved sleeves, packed with elegant details typical of the era. You can also enjoy military details like the chin strap and pass-through pockets. There are buttons on the collar for attaching a hood, but unfortunately, the hood itself is missing, sorry. The arms are wide, and the body has a generous width, allowing for layering. It has an A-line, wide silhouette. Judging from the details, I believe it was an overcoat used by the navy. Since it's not shaped at the waist, it can be worn in a modern style. It seems to pair well with designer brands like Comme des Garçons and Y's.
