This is a Bontrager tail light. It's a very bright light with high visibility. It comes with parts for mounting on a seatpost, instructions, and a charging cable. There are no scratches from drops, but there are fine scratches on the glossy surface from storage. These do not affect its use at all. Operation has been confirmed.
