I bought it new about 8 years ago, intending to use it to create a shiny, chrome-plated body for a plastic model, but I ended up storing it indoors without using it. I researched it before, and it seems the finish of Ultimate Mirror Chrome depends on the base coat. I seem to remember reading somewhere that the best mirror finish is achieved by polishing urethane black and then applying mirror chrome. Please try various methods. I had never opened the cap, but when I opened it for the photos, the spray button came off. (This doesn't mean it was broken.) Unlike Japanese products, the nozzle doesn't come out from the mouth of the spray can. The push button is convex and fits into the mouth of the can. I've left it lightly attached to avoid any paint leakage. Since it's unused, please press it in firmly when you use it. Perhaps because of the 3.5oz (100ml) capacity, it feels like there's surprisingly little content when shaken, even though it's unused. I repeat, it's unused, so please be aware of this.
