Purchased a few years ago along with mineral foundation. You put a small amount of the powder foundation on the lid of the foundation and use a brush to swirl it around. I stopped using the foundation, so I washed this and put it away. This is being sold as a used item that has been used and stored in a regular household, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor details.
