These are quite old ceramic Maneki Neko (beckoning cat) and Gosho Ningyo (palace dolls). The cat is a parent and child Maneki Neko, with a small kitten. I bought them at an antique market. I was told they are from the late Edo to early Meiji period, but I don't know the details. I was attracted by the definitely old atmosphere and the unusual small size, so I bought them and have treasured them, displaying them in a glass cabinet. They are old, so there is some soiling, but there are no major chips or cracks, and I think they are in good condition. Please understand and accept this before purchasing. I think they are from around the same period, so I'm selling them as a set. I am not selling them separately at this time. Size: Maneki Neko: Approximately 5.5 cm tall. Gosho Ningyo: Approximately 4 cm tall.
