I bought this to keep warm inside the Disney parks because I was cold. (The Sherry Mae doll is not for sale) I don't use it regularly, only inside the parks, so I've only used it about twice. It's for adults, not children. The size can be adjusted at the top. It's clean, but it has been used, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. I am also selling Mickey Mouse hand ear muffs, so would you like to consider them together?
