Made by hand by craftsmen using environmentally and skin-friendly vegetable-tanned leather. Recommended for children who are still unsteady before they start walking firmly. The feet of a child who is just starting to walk are in a state where delicate cartilage is wrapped in flesh. What is important during this unstable period, like an egg, is the stability of the heel. Daumling shoes have a heel that is tightly small, and a supportive construction that doesn't feel flimsy even when pressed with a finger, providing a depth that gives a sense of stability. These are first shoes made of Sympatex material, which has excellent heat retention and water resistance. I don't wear them very often, and even when I do, I'm usually in a stroller, so I haven't walked much in them, and I think the soles are not very worn. There are no noticeable stains or scratches, but there is some fading and signs of use. The color is a dark purple with a brownish feel, which was easy to match with children's clothes.
