Here's the explanation: Floorless shelters are becoming very popular for large group camping. In addition to being used with cots for sleeping, they are often tall, making them useful as tents for parties. The "Jack Shelter Mini" is a lightweight and compact version of such a floorless shelter, retaining its advantages. To set it up, first insert the center pole into the sleeve and set the four side poles. Then, raise two poles on one side and peg down the guy ropes. Peg down the other two poles in the same way, and finally peg down the guy lines of the center pole to complete the setup. Four side poles are required to set up the Jack Shelter Mini.
