The House of the Dead, a Sega Saturn game. I never finished it, and it's been sitting dormant. When listing it, I played the beginning to check the functionality, but as it's a gun shooting game, I died quickly using the regular controller. The obi (sleeve band) is present, and the instruction manual shows signs of use.
