This is a roon READY streamer. While Amazon Music support is still under development, it shouldn't be a problem if you're using roon. Accessories include a LAN cable and adapter. I believe these two items were originally included. Original box included. Instruction manual? Receipt also included. However, the instruction manual is just a single sheet of paper, so you might want to check the external website (that's what I did). I'm currently using roon, and I will ship it in its current state without resetting it. Output can be selected via USB, coaxial, etc., through the settings. The exterior shows signs of use, but there is no noticeable damage.
