First-generation Licca-chan House. This is the oldest type of Licca-chan House, with illustrations by Miyako Maki. While it appears to be in relatively good condition for its age, there is some deformation in the upper part. Please check the images. The sofa and table may have been added separately later, as there is a color difference. The vinyl carpet and three background pictures are all present.
