This is the AC adapter specifically for the ALINCO Koshi Massager Moitaimu Pro MCR8515. The model number of the dedicated adapter is YJS024C-1202000J. It is a new, unused item. I did not use this because the connector part was the same shape as another massager. (As a reference, it was possible to connect to the connectors in the last two photos.)
