Henri Selmer Paris (Selmer) vintage trumpet (QUALITE ARTISTIQUE) from 1937. I once admired vintage instruments and bought this at auction, but I only played it occasionally at home. The surface rust and paint condition are as shown in the photos, but the pistons and tuning slides have been maintained and are ready to use immediately. They move smoothly without any sticking. The Selmer "Grand Prix" trumpet was a prestigious instrument, one of the finest trumpets the company offered at the time. The engraving on the top reads "Qualité Artistique" (Artist Quality), indicating that it is an artist model. It has a warm, mellow tone characteristic of vintage instruments, and I believe it can be used in a wind orchestra. Case and mouthpiece are not included. It will be shipped securely with plenty of packing material. Re-lacquering is possible depending on the situation, but I think the current condition is best if you want to enjoy the vintage feel. I considered keeping it due to its rarity, but I have no plans to use it, so I am selling it to declutter.
