The filling is batting. The frills and ribbon on the chest are the highlights. It's a mature beige color around the collar. There is a small stain on the sleeves, and small spots and oil stains on the back. The batting has shifted in the voluminous collar due to washing. It's not noticeable when worn, but please knead and redistribute the filling to correct the shift. The tag has a name written on it in pen, so I've priced it affordably.
