This is a nipple brush for Pigeon baby bottles. One side is brand new and unused, but the one for the "母乳実感" (Bonyu Jikan) nipples originally came in a pack of two, and one has been used, so there are a total of three brushes for sale. They were stored on a shelf for about six months, but they have been handled by a person, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
