I bought this at a pawn shop I always use, so I believe it's authentic. It can be worn on the shoulder. The leather on the surface has almost no noticeable stains or scratches, and the lining is also clean. The underside of the handle is a little black, though not to the point of the leather's characteristic darkening. Overall, it's very clean.
