This is the "Chromatic," an FPGA-based Game Boy Color compatible handheld released by ModRetro. The body color is Wave (light blue), and this is the version with Japanese button labels. This is the first model, and it comes with "Tetris." The original box and batteries (unused) are also included. Three rechargeable batteries are inside the unit. It hasn't been used much, so I think it's in pretty good condition.
