I purchased this new. The shipping label was stuck directly on the outer box when it arrived, so the outer box is in that condition. Includes the main unit and box only; batteries are not included. Operation has been confirmed, but I will re-check before shipping, so please comment before purchasing. I'm selling it because I hardly use it anymore. The condition is quite clean.
