I am also listing this item elsewhere, so I will remove this listing if it sells there. This is a Paul Reed Smith electric guitar, a PRS SE STANDARD 24. It's a rare SATIN BLACK color, a limited-edition model produced a few years ago, and now rarely seen, with a matte black finish on the body, neck, and headstock. It has been used occasionally at home in a non-pet, non-smoking environment, so the back panel vinyl hasn't even been peeled off, and I think it's in overall good condition. The truss rod has never been adjusted since I bought it, and the neck and electronics are all in good working order. The strings have just been replaced with Elixir 09-42 for this listing, so it's ready to play right away. Several parts have been replaced: the tuners have been replaced with PRS SE Locking Tuners (PRS locking tuners), the pickups have been replaced with a set of DUNCAN DESIGNED HB-103s, and the knobs have been replaced with PRS lampshade knobs. The PRS locking tuners and lampshade knobs give it a look similar to the core models, and I personally think it looks better than with the original parts. The HB-103 pickups are licensed versions of the Seymour Duncan SH-6 for the neck and TB-6 for the bridge, so they are easier to shape the sound than the original pickups. The tone knob is push-pull for coil tapping, making it a versatile guitar that can handle various music genres. The original parts before the replacement have been disposed of and are missing. Accessories include the original tremolo arm and a generic guitar case. It's a very cool guitar with a matte black finish in the SATIN BLACK color, and I loved it, but I would like to sell it to someone who will take good care of it. Thank you.
