I've been using these for about two years, but I'm selling them because I bought new wireless earbuds and no longer use them. They were working without any problems. All accessories are included, such as the box, ear tips, and charging cable. Regarding scratches, I dropped the case once and there is a scratch as shown in the last image, but other than that, I think there are no noticeable scratches.
