This is the Sanyoyama-chou R3010 Nagareya model. The size is 6, which is equivalent to 24cm. Shoe trees are included (not original). I am not considering selling them separately. The box is not included. Everything in the photos is what you will receive. They didn't fit my feet, and I've only worn them 4-5 times, so I think they are in good condition, but please understand that they are stored at home.
