This is a set of three hand-painted side dishes designed by Masatoshi Saeki, a ceramic artist selected as one of "10 Designers of the World" by the International Museum of Ceramics in Faenza, Italy, who passed away in 2019. These dishes are from the 1970s and are no longer in production.
