I have confirmed that "PS Teitoku no Ketsudan 3" works. Please refer to the instruction manual thread and the photos showing scratches and folds on the back of the disc. I have also confirmed that "PS Kamen Rider" works up to story 1. I think it's fine if you just consider that each game can be played. Please refrain from purchasing if you are a perfectionist.
