This is a Dave & Bella set. It has a sailor collar and is very cute. It's labeled as 3Y, but the size is small, so I think it's around 90. I've worn it a few times, but it's in good condition. It's been home-cleaned, but there may be small stains or oversights. Also, please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to this, as it is stored by a private individual.
